Squeekchain Genesis Code Lane
Wheelmates
A tap game around Squeektoshi, the real hamster whose wheel powers Squeekchain. You push a wheel for seeds; he sets the tempo. Testnet only: seeds have no value, there is no token and nothing is sold.
How it reads Squeekchain
- Every 5 seconds the server reads the wheel's status from Squeekchain's public API: whether the device is online, its RPM and speed, today's distance, the Squeek block height and progress.
- Two readings in a row with the wheel turning make him running: the wheel on your screen turns at his real RPM and every tap pays ×2. At 4.5 km/h or more he has the zoomies: ×3. Still or off air: ×1.
- Every 15 seconds the server reads the event feed. A settlement on SqueekCore that completes Squeek blocks gives every player who was around in the last day a chest.
- Passive income from the pantry runs ×1.5 while he runs, computed from a log of his phases, so what you earn away from the game is also his doing.
- If you connect a wallet that holds Squeeks (in the wallet or in staking), the account API gives you a holder bonus: 10% per Squeek-equivalent (a Level 2 counts as 2.2), up to 50%, rechecked every ten minutes.
Guests and wallets
You can play as a guest with nothing to install: the game remembers you in this browser. Signing in with a wallet means signing a plain text message: no gas, no transaction, no chain switch, no approval. It only proves the address is yours, so your seeds, cage and place on the board belong to it on any device, and a guest's progress moves to the wallet when it is linked. The game never asks you to send a transaction and never touches a token.
What the game never does
- No transactions, no token, no payouts, no purchases. Seeds are points.
- No tracking beyond what the game needs: your address, your seeds and your upgrades.
- Not affiliated with Squeekchain. A community build for the Genesis Code Lane.
Fair play
Everything is counted on the server: energy, seeds, multipliers and chests. Your browser only reports how many times you tapped, at most 15 a second and never beyond your energy, which comes back one point a second. Autoclickers gain nothing a thumb cannot.
